Our IP PBX is an advanced telecommunication solution, able to pass on and store both voice and data communication efficiently. An extremely flexible product, the IP PBX is compatible with nearly all networks and is able to manage, for example, all IP, Analogue and ISDN telephones, fax machines, POS terminals, IP Interfaces and more.

The IP-PBX offers the functionality of a large TK-System in a more compact environment, making it accessible to small and medium-sized businesses. Large-scale business is enabled through a system of flexible and wide ranging functions that offer consistent support alongside the expansion of the business.

Features of our system:

• TRUE LCR (least cost routing). At a given moment the system connects the A-Number (the caller) via landlines, mobile network or IP network with the required B-number (the recipient) regardless of the net within which the numbers are encompassed;
• With our system your existing PBX acts externally as a VoIP system, internal IP links are thus enabled;
• Smart Call Through / Multiplex. Instead of one call, this is divided. The system allows for a call to be divided… The first part is a VPN call to the system , the second part is an optimized call, depending upon the desired destination, from the system and outwards via the existing network. This results in an ability to call within various mobile networks at home and abroad whilst saving TIME and MONEY;
• CALL BACK or GSM calls from abroad;
• Call Recording, Voice-Messaging-and IVR-announcements;
• Compilation of a “Black List” of undesired and/or spiteful callers;
• Possible connections to Skype and existing CRM systems;
• Outlook connections;
• The sending of voice messages as an attachment to email addresses;
• Timetabling for work schedules;
• The monitoring of all relevant statistics relating to the effectiveness of communications, etc
